If you have already reached the main menu (this is not your first time connecting Force Band), but connection hangs on the Force Band connection screen, please try the following steps: 

  1. First, check for the small Force Band icon in the bottom left of your screen. If it is there, move to step 2.
  2. Force quit the app completely 
  3. Relaunch the app 

You should be able to connect properly following quitting and restarting the app. If you are still experiencing issues, please follow the link to open a new support ticket.
